UK Shipping Information and Rates:
Orders received and paid before 4pm Monday-Friday are usually despatched the same day. The last chance for a same day despatch is 5pm although we cannot guarantee same day despatch after 4pm.
Orders received and paid before 10am Saturday are usually despatched on Saturday. Last chance for Saturday despatch is 11am. After this time, orders will be despatched on Monday.
Royal Mail deliver parcels Monday-Saturday. Bank Holidays and Sundays are not counted as working days.

We send parcels to all UK destinations, we do not ship outside of the UK. Shipping rates include processing and packaging costs.
Most deliveries with Standard Shipping are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard delivery will be supplied with a tracking number, and will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas, or during Strike action so please consider this when making your shipping selection.
Orders received and paid for with Standard Shipping Monday-Friday are usually processed the the same day and despatched with Royal Mail
Large and Heavy Items may be sent with DPD or DHL.
Clippers to Northern Island / Offshore UK may ship with Evri
Bigger, delicate and heavier items like glassware will need special protective packaging, these orders may take up +1 day for us to prepare and so we can ensure the safe transit so please allow us extra time to prepare these items.
**Shipping delays are always possible so we recommend that you select faster shipping options for urgent orders to lower the possibility of any delay. If your order is taking longer than expected please let us know but allow us enough time to properly investigate so we can get back to you with a response. Parcels are not classed as lost until declared so by the courier.

*Offshore islands and remote parts of mainland UK may take 2 days. Orders containing lighters shipping to Offshore Islands, NI, Scotland, North East England and Scottish Borders and the South West may need to be shipped with an alternative courier and may take 1 day longer.

PREMIUM NEXT DAY Shipping Info & Rates:
Premium Next Day are usually sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. We may send big and bulky items with an alternative next day courier, DHL or DPD. All Premium orders are fully insured and will be supplied with comprehensive tracking information.
Orders placed and paid for before 4pm Monday-Thursday should be guaranteed to arrive the next day. Orders placed and paid for after 4pm Thursday up until 10am Saturday should arrive Monday. Orders placed after 10am Saturday and on Sunday should arrive Tuesday. If you miss the 4pm cut off we will attempt to despatch orders placed and paid before 5pm Monday-Friday the same day but this not guaranteed.

Working Days described are Monday - Friday, although when possible orders will be shipped or delivered on Saturdays. Royal Mail do not usually deliver on Sunday's or public holidays.
Orders placed over Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, New Years or England Bank Holidays weekends are not able to be sent out until the day after.

If you live within a 5 mile radius from the Erdington store at B236TP and your order is over £20 a separate option of local delivery will be offered at checkout. You can also arrange, order and pay for local Delivery by telephone on 01213737051 during our operating hours.
(Radius is calculated automatically if delivery address is within the local zone)
Our aim is to deliver all local deliveries the same day but we cannot guarantee this all the time so local deliveries should be delivered within 48 hours. We will require your phone number, may ask for a safe place or post smaller packages through the letter box to ensure a contactless delivery. All deliveries we make are packed in plain discreet packaging and all must be pre-paid.

When orders are local we may send your delivery out with one of our team within the time specified on your selected delivery option to ensure the speed and safety of your orders delivery.

We are not shipping outside the UK

Regretfully, Since Jan 1st 2021 shipping goods outside of the UK has been made much more difficult for this industry as many items we supply will have to be declared at customs. Unfortunately by doing this many products we sell including but not limited to Tobacco products, CBD Oils, Sprays, Creams, Vape Liquids, Cannabis Seeds and Electrical devices are prohibited by many of the economy couriers so will either be returned to us or destroyed in transit.
While we continue to ship within the UK as normal if you would like to make an order to be sent to a country outside the UK for an item that is not restricted please make an enquiry by email to sales@thejuicyjoint.co.uk and if we can find a shipper that is able to deliver your goods we may be able to provide you with a quotation. Please note international payments are only accepted by bank transfer or by calling the shop to pay with a valid credit / debit card registered to the delivery address.

Delivery Time Aims
Our aim is for ALL orders to arrive in the stated time. Confirmed Orders must be paid for in full before they can be shipped. Unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that any order placed will arrive within the estimated arrival times but we are confident based on current parcel arrival times that these aims are accurate.
Payments:
For delivery we are only able to accept payment by direct Bank Transfer and Credit / Debit card by making your payment by calling the store directly once you have placed your order. Full instructions will be provided in the checkout process. Please read them carefully, no orders will be shipped before payment is received in full.
Cards we accept are VISA, Mastercard and American Express
For click and collect orders, store pickups and store visits we accept and encourage CASH, and also accept credit or debit cards in store for transactions over £3.00. Due to the nature of the business as we sell such as CBD and souvenir Cannabis seeds we are unable to provide an online credit / debit card payments at this time.
